We are supporting a fast-growing, investor-backed technology and industrial focused company headquartered in Germany in hiring a Portfolio Manager / Director level professional.
The role will focus on portfolio management, operational integration and value creation, working closely with the investment/leadership team and management teams across the company's portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive post-acquisition integration and operational improvement initiatives
- Work closely with management teams to implement value-creation plans
- Coordinate initiatives across finance, operations and leadership
- Monitor portfolio company performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead PMI, transformation and other strategic projects
Ideal background:
- 5–10+ years of experience in portfolio operations, value creation, PMI, strategy & transformation, or consulting
- Hands-on experience working with operating companies
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German and English
- Flexible on seniority depending on relevant experience
