We're looking for a Client Partner - Charity Sector! On a 12 month fixed term contract
A bit about Torchbox
We’re the product and digital marketing specialists for many of the biggest charities in the UK; we build digital products for international NGOs, governments and universities; and we created Wagtail CMS, used by Google, NASA, the NHS and thousands more.
Our diverse team of over 120 people is mostly UK-based but with a significant presence in Manila as well as a network of people around the world.
We are on a mission to set a new standard for a purpose-led business. Torchbox is 100% employee-owned - everyone is a co-owner from day one and we are building an amazing, progressive ownership and learning culture. If you are excited about this mission, it’s a great time to join.

Our Client Partners drive growth, support strategic planning, and deliver impactful outcomes for our charity clients. This role would suit someone with proven experience in an Account or Product Director or similar role within a digital agency. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing key charity accounts, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities. Client Partners play a vital role in ensuring our services and commercial priorities align with client objectives — driving successful outcomes and fostering long-term, trusted partnerships. You’ll be working primarily in a world of digital strategy, website replatforming, product development and emergent AI services.
Note: This is a senior client services role, but not part of the executive leadership team.
