Who we're looking to connect with

We work across a wide range of digital disciplines and are particularly interested in hearing from freelancers with experience in:

• UX, Research & Design: user research, UX design, UI design, service design, accessibility, content design and creative / brand design.
• Software Engineering & Development: frontend and backend development, Python, Django, Wagtail, JavaScript, React and technical architecture.
• Digital Marketing: SEO, paid media, PPC, paid social, digital strategy, content marketing and campaign management.
• Data, Analytics & Optimisation: web analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, data visualisation, dashboards, CRO and digital performance measurement.
• Delivery & Project Management: digital project management, agile delivery, programme management and product management.
• Strategy & Consultancy: digital transformation, AI & innovation, product strategy, discovery, research and strategic consultancy.
