to lead our team in the new store opening in
Parndorf, Designer Outlet, Vienna
Opening early Autumn 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader who is passionate about luxury service, clienteling, team development and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As Assistant General Manager, you will partner closely with the General Manager to lead the sales floor, coach and inspire the team, drive performance, uphold brand standards and support the day-to-day operations of a successful boutique. We’re looking for someone with strong retail management experience, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to create an inclusive, high-performing and customer-focused environment. You will be a key leadership partner in bringing the Tory Burch brand to life in Parndorf, building meaningful client relationships and helping shape the success of our newest outlet location.
