Implementing advanced technologies and making internal and external processes more reliable are key to our ambition to remain a leading energy trader. /p pTotalEnergies has established its European trading hub in Geneva, bringing together large teams across TotalEnergies Trading Shipping (TS) and TotalEnergies Gas and Power (TGP). /p h3Context and environment /h3 pThe Trading Branches of TotalEnergies (TGP and TS) have established a dedicated Innovation Lab focused on fostering an innovation mindset and accelerating initiatives across the trading sector. /p pThe lab focuses on digital transformation, process improvement, and transversal collaboration. /p pAs part of TILT, you will collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders across trading entities (TGP and TS), gaining exposure to cross-entity challenges and innovation opportunities. You will also interact with the broader innovation ecosystem, including startups, technology providers, and academic partners. /p pYou will contribute to: /p ul liadvancing innovation projects, /li liscouting emerging technologies, /li lipromoting innovation through events (talks, workshops, and courses). /li /ul pIn this context, you will play a key role in strengthening the lab’s technology scouting service and supporting the evolution of its offering. /p h3Technology Innovation Watch /h3 ul liConduct technology scouting and benchmarking for targeted use cases /li liDevelop and maintain a Technology Radar to track emerging technologies /li liSupport the development and testing of prototypes (including no-/low-code tools) /li liEngage with startups, technology firms, and academic institutions /li liCommunicate insights through clear reports and presentations to business and technical stakeholders /li liSupport project framing and problem definition /li liAssist in workshop preparation and facilitation /li /ul h3Innovation Lab Activities Communication /h3 ul liContribute to internal communication (web content, presentations, events) /li liSupport the preparation of workshops, talks, and training sessions /li liAssist in the day-to-day activities of the Innovation Lab /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liCurrently pursuing a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Innovation, or a related field /li liStrong interest in emerging technologies and digital innovation /li liAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate technical insights into business value /li liProactive, curious, structured, and able to work both independently and collaboratively /li liStrong communication skills (written and oral) /li liFluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus /li liA tri-partite internship agreement is mandatory. /li /ul h3Become one of the drivers of energy transition with TotalEnergies Trading Shipping. /h3 pTotalEnergies is a broad energy company that produces and markets energies on a global scale: oil and biofuels, natural gas and green gases, renewables and electricity.
