We're looking for a Paid Growth / Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and embark on this journey with us. Reporting into the Head of Paid Growth, you'll co-own the optimization of our paid acquisition engine - steering Paid Search, Paid Social and emerging performance channels, while shaping the full journey from click to conversion to revenue.

This is a hands-on commercial role in a scale-up with constant adaptation to market trends based off of data. You'll be working closely with multiple areas of the business on our current 3 main markets, and expanding into a further 4 to 6 new markets over the next 4 years.

What you'll do:

• Co-own paid performance: Take shared ownership of Paid Search, Paid Social and other performance channels, driving agreed growth and efficiency targets while steering agencies and freelancers accordingly.
• Build a testing engine: Design and run a structured testing roadmap across campaigns, bidding, audiences, creatives and landing pages.
• See the full funnel: Identify weaknesses across traffic -> landing page -> conversion -> revenue, and turn them into actionable experiments.
• Explore new frontiers: Test and evaluate new performance channels, automation opportunities, and AI-driven growth plays.
• Turn data into action: Improve reporting and analysis so that performance insights translate into clear decisions and next steps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Data, Product/CRO, Creative and Content teams to unlock full-funnel improvements.
• Own end-to-end: Become a highly independent owner of projects rather than requiring detailed day-to-day direction.
• Deliver on KPIs: Drive growth across CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, lead quality and revenue through a well-executed paid growth strategy.

What you'll bring:

• Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Growth, with meaningful ownership of campaigns and budgets.
• Strong practical experience with Google Ads / Paid Search, including campaign optimization, analysis and account development.
• Hands-on experience with Paid Social, ideally Meta Ads, including campaign and creative performance analysis.
• Experience analyzing customer journeys and conversion funnels beyond media-platform metrics, including landing pages, lead quality and downstream conversions.
• Experience running structured experiments and working cross-functionally with Data & Analytics, Product/CRO, Creative or Content teams.
