Your impact:

As Supplier Quality Assurance Manager, you are responsible for leading and building the Supplier Quality Assurance function at our location in Veghel. You ensure that the quality of components and systems delivered by our global supplier base meets the highest standards and supports our business objectives.

In this strategic role, you develop and implement quality strategies, standards, and processes across the supply chain. You work closely with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, Engineering, Technology, and Life Cycle Management to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You monitor supplier performance, analyze key quality metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement. By conducting risk assessments, root cause analyses, and supplier audits, you ensure that quality risks are mitigated and corrective actions are implemented effectively. You guide and develop your QA team, fostering a strong quality culture both internally and externally with suppliers.

Additionally, you maintain strong communication across departments and with suppliers to ensure alignment on quality expectations, compliance with industry standards, and on-time delivery of high-quality products.

Your department

The Supplier Quality Assurance team is part of the global Supply Chain organization and is responsible for ensuring supplier performance, product quality, and continuous improvement across our international supplier network. The team works closely with engineering, procurement, and operations to deliver high-quality material handling solutions worldwide.

What makes you a great fit?

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including leadership experience

• Proven track record in managing QA teams and driving improvement initiatives

• Strong knowledge of quality methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g. Six Sigma, ISO 9001)

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience with supplier quality and global supply chains

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
