To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated professional to join us as soon as possible in the area of order processing and customer operations.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring delivery schedules, transport status, and production lead times
- Identifying bottlenecks and proactively coordinating with customers
- End-to-end handling and support of customer orders, including communication with all stakeholders—from quotation and material procurement through to invoicing
- Data entry and maintenance in ERP/CRM systems and documentation management (orders, returns, customer data, reports, production documents, approvals, etc.)
- Coordination with internal departments such as purchasing, production planning, manufacturing, sales, and warehouse
- General administrative tasks, including correspondence, appointment scheduling, and reporting
Must-have
- Completed commercial or business-related vocational training, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Good english skills
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a high level of customer orientation
- Organizational skills and flexibility in handling changing tasks
Nice-to-have
- Experience in an EMS company, electronics manufacturing, or industrial order processing is an advantage
- Experience in import/export, logistics, or sales support is a plus
- Additional languages are an advantage (e.g. Chinese)
- Basic technical understanding is an advantage
