The Opportunity:
Aviotrace Swiss , a TPS Group company operating in the aerospace sector, is looking for a Ground Instructor to join its Training Academy, which sprovides training for aircraft maintenance technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical aircraft maintenance training modules in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Conduct training activities directly in the hangar.
- Grade examinations and assess students’ acquired skills and competencies.
- Manage back-office activities and administrative tasks required by the Training Academy.
- Support training activities for students from different countries.
- Travel to international clients’ sites for short- and medium-term training assignments.
Key Requirements:
- Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML) or previous experience in aircraft maintenance or aerospace manufacturing.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, reliability and a high level of professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical training or aviation instruction.
- Familiarity with regulations and procedures applicable to aircraft maintenance.
- Ability to interact effectively with international students and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.
Work Location: Mendrisio, Canton Ticino, Switzerland.
