What you can expect
- You will develop new transport offers and sales concepts to further develop the RU's offer and increase customer satisfaction, taking into account technical conditions.
- You plan and optimize timetables and routes for the RU's trains and ensure optimal connections, capacities and customer-oriented timing.
- You will work closely with other RUs, transport associations and authorities to ensure smooth coordination in rail transport and efficient use of the infrastructure.
- You will be responsible for the operational implementation of projects, ensure on-time billing and ensure that the defined targets and quality standards are achieved.
What you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training and have undergone training or further training in sales.
- You have experience in rail transportation.
- You work in a structured manner, think in a solution-oriented way and act responsibly.
- Good written and spoken German, knowledge of French is desirable. Italian or English are an advantage.
