Your territory
As part of our Marketing country development team, you will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns specifically designed for the DACH market to achieve business objectives and drive our business growth there
- Work closely with our channel managers, in particular SEA, social media, design and media buying in planning and executing marketing campaigns to boost sales
- Thoroughly monitor, analyze and manage our campaign and market performance, identify opportunities and problems and translate these into actions and projects
- Develop mid- and long term view and strategy for DACH marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and advertising campaigns, ensuring they are tailored to the German-speaking audience
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior in the DACH market to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better – you’ll never hear the phrase “…because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in planning and executing online ads and offline marketing campaigns
- Analytical mindset and experience in working with budgets & campaign performance optimization
- Good understanding of key marketing channels such as SEA, affiliate, social media and newsletter
- In-depth knowledge of German consumer behavior, cultural nuances, market trends and media landscape
- Native-level fluency in German is mandatory, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very good English skills
