Senior Product Designer

Your territoryAs part of our Product Design team, you will:Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic information architecture that supports product scalability and adaptability, ensuring a seamless experience for users navigating complex data and featuresTake broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable to millions of pet owners across the globeDevelop and refine information structures to ensure users can easily find and understand the information they need, enhancing usability and discoverabilityCreate user flows and experiences that are simple, elegant, and intuitive, allowing for easy navigation and information discoverabilityCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative, thoughtful solutionsCommunicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, diagrams, mockups, and/or high-fidelity prototypesIntegrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updatesCreate great experiences for users through beautifully designed and intuitive user interfacesAdvocate for design-centered changes, championing improvements that enhance the overall user experienceBring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better – you’ll never hear the phrase “…because that’s how we’ve always done things”Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next levelYour profileKey requirements:5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong emphasis on Information Architecture and UXProven track record of contributing to complex design projects that have successfully improved product usability and engagementDemonstrated expertise in building and refining complex information architectures, including creating taxonomies, navigation structures, and content hierarchies for digital productsExperience in implementing visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment and applying design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator)A strong portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions, showcasing your skills in UX design and information architectureSolid understanding of digital products, user behavior, and user research, with a strong ability to translate these insights into actionable design solutionsExcellent English skillsBasic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, as it facilitates collaboration with developersDemonstrated creativity and innovation in your design approach, with a passion for exploring new ideas and solutionsDoes this sound like you?A doer with a hands-on mentality who’s eager to bring their experience to the tableCurious and always looking to learn something newEmpathetic and able to see things from different perspectivesCreative with an eye for design and detailPassionate about Tractive’s mission and productsExcited to work in Austria alongside an outstanding teamSalary rangeJust so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at 55,000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
