WHAT YOU\’LL BE DOING

We\’re building a high-impact team responsible for managing key growth initiatives, leading analytics across the Growth domain, and driving pricing decisions at Trade Republic. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Develop strategic perspectives on critical topics such as acquisition, product adoption, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning
2. Leverage data and analysis to build business cases that guide resource allocation and maximize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
3. Craft clear, insightful presentations and memos to support high-stakes decision-making by founders and senior leadership
4. Define and track KPIs for Growth teams, enabling performance measurement and optimization
5. Act as a cross-functional connector between Growth, Product, and other teams to ensure alignment and impact
6. Collaborate closely with Growth leadership and executives across the company to shape strategic initiatives

WHAT WE\’RE LOOKING FOR

1. Completed degree in business, economics, or engineering, with outstanding academic results
2. 2+ years of professional experience in a high-performance environment, e.g., investment banking, consulting, or top-tier start-ups
3. A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for distilling complex topics and visualizing insights
5. Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL and/or Python (or a strong willingness to learn)
