WHAT YOU\’LL BE DOING

Our Creative Team comprises designers, art directors, motion designers, and copywriters working closely with the wider marketing team on all brand and marketing touchpoints. Your responsibilities will include:

• Editing RAW video material from productions with a focus on post-production (including cropping, grading, tracking, and rotoscoping)
• Developing digital content by cutting videos and creating 2D animations for social media platforms and other marketing channels
• Elevating the structure of our video editing processes and improving all video content output
• Ensuring our visual identity is consistently applied across all assets and platforms
• Collaborating with team members during productions to ensure smooth post-production processes

WHAT WE\’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in both 2D motion design and editing footage (cropping, tracking, rotoscoping, grading, and chroma key)
• Proficiency with Adobe tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and Figma
• Willingness to learn new tools and techniques, a thirst for knowledge, and a desire to evolve your professional skills while keeping up with current social media trends
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members
• Language: English (German is a plus)
• Nice to have: Experience in videography, photography, and photo editing
• Nice to have: Knowledge of 3D design, VR, Cinema 4D, Maxon
• Nice to have: Experience in social media content creation
