WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Act beyond the team’s scope to gain visibility across teams and Engineering Management through alignment of solution designs and ownership of significant deliverables in cross-team projects.

• Participate in the design, development, and deployment of solutions by assessing technical and computational complexity based on requirements and data volumes.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management to refine functional requirements and build test cases for verification during development and releases.

• Understand requirements related to performance, data, and feature ownership, translating these into technical designs considering constraints and balancing business value, simplicity, risks, and performance at scale.

• Take high ownership of features built and supported by the team.

• Seek and provide advice and critique on technical approaches, encouraging inclusive discussions and designs.

• Assess bug severity and impact quickly to help prioritize and align with Product and Engineering Management.

WE\’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• 5+ years of industry experience, including developing SaaS applications and Web services.

• Proficiency in React and Typescript or similar frameworks and languages.

• Experience with RESTful APIs.

• Ability to transform ambiguous requirements into practical solutions with well-defined quality attributes.

• We are open to discussing candidates who do not meet all requirements.
