The Role
We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting & Capital Risk Manager to own our end-to-end regulatory reporting framework and capital adequacy processes across the group. You will ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, drive the evolution of our ICAAP and ICARA frameworks, and play a hands‑on role in capital planning and stress testing, all while pushing for greater automation and data quality.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage regulatory reports and disclosures across multiple jurisdictions, including Pillar 1, Pillar 3, and EU/German statistical reporting.
- Monitor regulatory developments and implement new requirements, defining the necessary data specifications and reporting logic.
- Own and manage the group's ICAAP and ICARA processes end‑to‑end, including risk identification, capital adequacy assessment, and documentation.
- Lead wind‑down planning and recovery indicator monitoring across group entities.
- Coordinate and execute stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate capital resilience under adverse conditions.
- Support capital planning and forecasting, working closely with Finance and Risk to ensure adequate capital buffers.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes, controls, and data quality within the regulatory framework.
- Identify opportunities to streamline capital adequacy workflows and reduce manual effort.
What You Need To Have
- Completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Engineering, or Data Science.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, gained either in regulatory reporting at a bank or in consulting/auditing at a Big 4 firm.
- Solid understanding of prudential regulatory frameworks (CRR/CRD, IFR/IFD) and experience with ICAAP and/or ICARA processes.
- Familiarity with Pillar 1 capital requirements and Pillar 3 disclosure obligations.
- High reliability, a strong eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment within a rapidly expanding organization.
- Fluency in English for internal team communication is essential.
