Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a Data Engineer to be based in our Lausanne office.
Main responsibilities within the Data Engineer position include: Translate business concepts into scalable, well-structured transformation pipelines and analytical models.
Design and build trusted, reusable, and well-documented data products that are discoverable, reliable, and support multiple use cases.
Data product mindset: ability to think in terms of reusable, well-defined, consumer-focused datasets.
Drive data quality, consistency, and modelling best practices.
Monitoring knowledge of dimensional modeling and analytics engineering is a plus.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills; proactive, collaborative, and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
