Overview
In this role you will shape the front-to-back functional architecture for our Metals, Minerals & Bulk CTRM system, translating cross‑department objectives into architectural roadmaps. You will lead strategic design decisions and guide delivery teams to ensure IT solutions align with business goals. You’ll balance global standards with local market needs while staying ahead of industry trends to drive process improvements. - Transform objectives into a functional architecture view aligning IT and business teams
- Lead architectural decisions with buy vs. build judgments

Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years of experience in a business analyst and/or architect role
- 3+ years of people management in a fast-paced environment
- Strong domain knowledge in commodity trading across end-to-end physical lifecycle
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, modular architecture, and API-led integration
- Proven success delivering large-scale applications in global teams
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable technical plans and balance short- and long-term needs
- Ability to plan and execute work independently in a flat, matrix structure
