Overview
In this role you will lead the IT delivery for Trafigura’s Group Treasury transformation, aligning with the business on roadmap and value while owning technical delivery, integration and platform health. You’ll manage upstream integrations, data flows, security, and testing across Kyriba and the wider estate, including AI-assisted automation. The role operates in a two-in-a-box with the business-side sponsor to drive delivery excellence and vendor-led implementation. You will shape the platform, governance, and end-to-end payments capability in a global, multi-vendor setting.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define and oversee the IT delivery plan: priorities, sequencing, budget, and resources; defend capacity and build the delivery, business analysis and architecture capability.
- Finalise integrated target design for upstream estate before go-live, delivering iterative increments with recorded decisions.
- Own the upstream integration layer and middleware as a product, including observability, dual-routing, and regression testing aligned with ERP patches.
- Manage reference and static data integration into Kyriba (master data, syncing, and stale copies); ensure accurate payment testing.
- Deliver AI-assisted automation across the estate (e.g., receipt matching, same-day cash application, intraday reconciliation, decision support).
- Deliver Kyriba payment hub integration end-to-end (initiation, status, bank statements) with ISO 20022/migration work and bank onboarding dependencies.
- Integrate emerging settlement rails including a digital-asset custody platform; support reconciliation with asset representations.
- Oversee the reconciliation estate through migration, decommission legacy platforms, and maintain platform health.
- Own payment signing and key architecture with CISO, including digital-asset custody controls and network perimeter security.
- Set the path to production for AI-enabled treasury apps: functional specs, test coverage, security remediation, observability, and support model.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships for technical assurance, configuration validation, renewal, or exit decisions.
- Collaborate with senior sponsors, manage dependencies beyond your line, and maintain governance across multiple workstreams.
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years in treasury, payments and financial technology leading multi-workstream transformation in a multi-vendor environment
- Delivery of a TMS or payment hub through vendor and implementation partners; experience managing global teams and banking relationships
- Strong knowledge of treasury and payments lifecycles, cash and liquidity management, bank connectivity, reconciliation and matching, FX/risk
- Proficiency with SWIFT and ISO 20022 (MT and MX, pain, camt); MT-to-MX migration; corporate BIC onboarding
- ERP and back-office integration via APIs, ETL and iPaaS; Kyriba or comparable TMS/payment hub; integration architecture and SaaS security
- Desirable: digital-asset custody integration and AI-assisted delivery governance
