Job requirements
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)
Bochum, Germany
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service.
Your Responsibilities:

Handle and process customer inquiries, including analysis and coordination

Provide support via phone and email
-
Ensure compliance with agreed service quality standards

Deliver first-level support
-
Collaborate with the team to implement improvements that enhance customer satisfaction

Proactively identify opportunities for workflow and process optimization
-
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
-
Continuously expand your knowledge of our dynamic European business
Your Profile:
-
Effective communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Polish; good German skills are a plus

Strong customer-focused mindset
-
Proven experience in customer service; experience in the toll industry is beneficial but not a must
-
Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Ability to work effectively both onsite and remotely as a collaborative team player
-
Prior experience in first-level support or similar customer-facing roles is a plus
