Wir suchen Dich als: Kaufmännische Sachbearbeitung - Kundenservice Kältetechnik (w/m/d) in Oberhausen-Buschhausen

Aufgaben:

• Eigenständige Bearbeitung kaufmännischer Servicevorgänge
• Erstellung, Prüfung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten, Aufträgen und Rechnungen
• Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Kunden, Dienstleistern und internen Ansprechpartnern
• Koordination und administrative Unterstützung der Serviceeinsätze
• Pflege von Kunden-, Auftrags- und Servicedaten in den relevanten Systemen
• Terminüberwachung sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Tagesgeschäft
• Unterstützung bei der Einsatzplanung von Servicetechnikern
• Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Klärung kaufmännischer Fragestellungen
• Vorbereitung von Abrechnungen sowie Prüfung von Leistungsnachweisen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Service, Vertrieb, Technik und anderen internen Schnittstellen
• Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und allgemeinen administrativen Unterlagen

Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Service, Logistik oder Disposition
• Erfahrung im technischen Kundenservice, in der Einsatzplanung oder im Service-Dispatching von Vorteil
• Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Zeitmanagement
• Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld Prioritäten zu setzen
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse MS Office
