We are seeking a talented Freelance Podcast Producer to join our team and take charge of producing high-quality, engaging podcasts. This remote role is ideal for an experienced audio professional with a deep understanding of podcast production, from recording to final mix, who is comfortable using modern tools to deliver polished and captivating content.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Produce and manage remote podcast recordings using tools like Zencastr or similar platforms.
- Handle microphone setups, optimize audio recording techniques, and ensure clear, professional sound quality.
- Perform sound design, mixing, and post-production to enhance the overall podcast experience.
- Use modern audio tools like RX10, Pro Tools, or similar software to edit, clean up, and master audio tracks.
- Collaborate with hosts and guests to ensure smooth and professional recordings.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the recording process.
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage project timelines, coordinate schedules, and keep episodes on track for release.
- Attention to detail: Ensure every aspect of the podcast, from audio quality to sound effects, is perfected.
- Problem-solving skills: Quickly resolve technical challenges during remote recordings.
