We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise and passion for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). If you excel in PLM solutions (preferably Windchill), have industry knowledge in automotive, manufacturing, or engineering, and are fluent in both German and English, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Guiding the customer through the process from solution definition to operational implementation.
• Understanding customer requirements and the associated business value.
• Collaborating with customers to define processes and solutions.
• Translating solution concepts into technical specifications for the team.
• Leading a team of architects and developers to deliver a stable and functional solution.
• Defining project interfaces and architecture.
• Facilitating customer workshops – from project framing to final delivery.

Who are we looking for?

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of PLM solutions (preferably Windchill) or enterprise applications (ERP with a focus on master data or production).
• Proven industry expertise in automotive, manufacturing, engineering, or IT.
• Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher).
• Structured and organized working style.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
