Tasks Responsibilities Search for IT job openings based on the client’s background and preferences Apply to vacancies on behalf of the client across various platforms Communicate with clients in Russian and English, providing updates and guidance Write and edit cover letters tailored to specific job roles Report on the progress of each case and suggest next steps Send outreach messages to potential employers via LinkedIn Solve questions or concerns and make the job search as smooth as possible Requirements Requirements Experience in HR, recruiting, client support, or career consulting Native Russian and confident English (B2–C1 level) Excellent communication and writing skills Basic understanding of the IT job market (e.g., you know Java is not JavaScript ) Strong research skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with LinkedIn, job boards, Google Docs Benefits What we offer Full-time remote work with flexible hours Salary in EUR International, friendly team with a flat structure and open communication A meaningful product — we help people change their lives through work and relocation A startup-like atmosphere with the stability of a company that’s been growing for over 5 years Opportunities to grow together with the company Learning & development budget Closing Why join us?
