TransPerfect aims to assist businesses worldwide in navigating the global market. We offer comprehensive language and business support services, such as translation, subtitling, multicultural marketing, website globalization, legal support, and technology solutions.

We seek seasoned professionals with at least 10 years of senior sales experience in the localization industry. Ideal candidates will have a strong network within the German localization sector and are accustomed to managing large clients, particularly in manufacturing and automotive industries. Successful candidates will operate from our offices in Munich, Berlin, or Hamburg.

Key position responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through referrals, networking, and other methods.
  • Build and manage a productive sales pipeline.
  • Foster and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet targets.
  • Conduct outreach efforts to prospective clients.
  • Understand and communicate the benefits of TransPerfect\’s services.
  • Present TransPerfect\’s solutions in various settings (online, in-person, group).
  • Set and manage client expectations, consulting on best practices.
  • Handle pricing and contractual matters.
  • Travel as required for client meetings and conferences.

Essential experience required:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of successful senior sales experience within the localization industry.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong team player who respects diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
