Construction Data Analyst

h3Position Summary /h3pThe Construction Data Analyst supports construction projects through Power BI, dashboard development, Excel, SharePoint data management, and process analysis. This role will analyze project data and develop reporting solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, and decision‑making. /ph3Key Duties And Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. /liliAnalyze construction, project, schedule, safety, quality, and operational data. /liliExtract, organize, clean, and validate data from SharePoint, Excel, project management systems, and other databases. /liliMaintain and organize SharePoint folders, libraries, lists, and project data. /liliAnalyze existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and workflow improvements. /liliPartner with project and construction teams to understand reporting needs. /liliAutomate recurring reports and improve data collection processes. /liliIdentify trends, data gaps, and opportunities for improvement. /liliProvide data-driven insights and recommendations for project leadership. /liliAnalyze existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and workflow improvements. /liliOther duties as assigned. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience /lili5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence /liliStrong Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint skills /liliExperience with Power Query, DAX, Power BI Required, /liliPower Automate preferred /liliExperience in BESS, Wind, Solar, construction, or renewable energy preferred /liliStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills /li /ulh3Work Environment/Physical Requirements /h3pThis position primarily works in an office, hybrid, or remote environment using a computer, phone, and standard office equipment. /pulliAbility to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods /liliAbility to use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and related technology /liliAbility to occasionally lift and move office materials or equipment up to 15 pounds /liliAbility to travel to project sites, meetings, or company locations as needed /li /ulpTAKKION is an Equal Opportunity Employer. /ph3Salary Description /h3p$95,000 - $115,000 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
