100% Bus Driver Trainees
A training class will open on 1 September 2026
Your role is essential to ensure the mobility of the population of the Morges district and its region. Every day, you directly contribute to providing a reliable, safe and quality transport service. As a true ambassador of MBC on the ground, you embody our values and actively participate in our continuous improvement process as well as in service excellence for our customers.
You hold a three-year Federal VET Certificate (CFC) or a maturity certificate, have perfect command of French and are at least 21 years old. Holding a category B driving licence, you have at least two years of regular driving experience.
You are willing to work irregular hours, including Sundays and public holidays. With an excellent sense of responsibility, you enjoy customer contact and wish to commit to demanding training. You are also ready to meet the minimum medical requirements of the role.
