Private Customer Market Manager (B2C)
Your responsibilities
In order to promote sustainable and attractive mobility, you participate in defining the modal shift strategy for the private customer market. In this capacity, you analyse the market, mobility behaviours and customer expectations to identify development opportunities.
According to the omnichannel distribution strategy in place and based on your analyses and recommendations, you design, deploy and manage the annual action plan aimed at sustainably increasing customer satisfaction, patronage and revenue.
You monitor campaigns and marketing actions through relevant performance indicators, analyse the results obtained and make the necessary recommendations to improve their effectiveness. You ensure the development of new products and services as well as lifecycle management.
You work closely with the various company departments, lead cross-functional projects and coordinate stakeholders to ensure the operational implementation of the marketing strategy.
As head of a multidisciplinary team, you support your colleagues in a spirit of collaborative work and foster a results-oriented culture.
Finally, you ensure rigorous monitoring of the customer segments under your responsibility and oversee the optimisation of allocated budgets.
Your profile
- You hold a university or HES degree (Bachelor or Master) specialising in marketing or economics - You have 5 to 7 years of proven experience in a market or segment manager role, gained within a service company or a communication agency - Comfortable with numbers and data, you possess strong skills in market analysis, campaign management and performance monitoring - You have proven experience in managing complex projects - Experience in B2C and/or B2B environments, as well as team management experience, are assets - Good knowledge of German is also an advantage - Finally, your collaborative spirit, diplomacy, sense of priorities and excellent interpersonal skills enable you to thrive in a complex environment and unite people around common goals
