Les Transports Publics Neuchâtelois SA (transN) are the result of successive mergers of companies in the canton of Neuchâtel. Specialized in a network of rail and road public transport, both urban and regional, we transport millions of passengers per year on 38 lines and 293 km. We are nearly 600 professionals working daily in teams to offer a quality service aimed at customers. We put our capacity at the service of regional development and are motivated by the ambition to be the main player in mobility in the canton of Neuchâtel by proposing a reliable and efficient mobility chain between the different modes of public transport. To complete our staff, we are looking for infrastructure reporting.Purpose of the function:- Responsibility towards the Technical and Infrastructure Management and the FOT for monitoring the four-year financing agreement at the maintenance and project level.- Support function in financial monitoring and global management of infrastructure department activities.- Execution of ad hoc missions in the context of the infrastructure department.- Support to project managers in controlling and monitoring their projects.Eventually: Interfacing with the management service for Infra.Description of tasks and responsibilities:- Assistance with drafting and monitoring the agreement offer.- Reporting support for monitoring the evolution of the CP.- Participates in specialized FOT sessions.- Participates in the monthly project and maintenance meeting.- Responsible for pre-project files (drafting with clients).- Responsible for transmitting files at the project kick-off.- Management of files / Technical skills.- Tertiary education (ES, HES, UNI, EPF) in technical or management fields.- Skills in project management, controlling, and reporting.- Holder of a degree or basic experience in the railway field.- If possible, in-depth knowledge of DE-OCF and standards related to railways.- Keen sense of responsibility and high sensitivity to safety issues.- Holder of a category B driving license. jid34acb1aaen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
