For a sustainable world.”: this intention underlines the Company’s ambition to have a lasting and sustainable impact on the commercial vehicle business and on the Group’s commercial growth.Kurzbeschreibung der RolleIn this role, you will set up and support the Export Control and Customs Governance activities for TRATON SE:/ Execute TRATON Group Export Control and TRATON Group Customs policy for TRATON SE and Group entities worldwide. / Develop, implement, and manage risk identification and assurance activities. / Compliance data monitoring and validations, establish action plans, summarize results and prepare reporting on an annual basis. / Review and assess adequacy and prepare comprehensive reports / Support various projects related to e.g., classification, technology transfer, and information governance./ Develop export control and customs deliverables, standards and procedures./ Develop and deliver corporate web-based training in strong alignment with TRATON Group companies for all employees across the organization./ Be a \“go-to” person for cross-functional counterparts, providing advice and guidance./ Monitor developments in export control and customs laws and regulations relevant to business operations.Anforderungen an die Qualifikation/ Bachelor\’s or Master\’s Degree in Administrative Sciences, Economics, or Legal Studies/ Excellent knowledge of German, European, and US export control law/ 6-10 years of professional experience in the field of export control and customs in an international company/ Automotive industry experience as well as working in in global multi-national company is a plus/ Knowledge in auditing, self-assessments and compliance reviews/ Strong English communication skills/ High level of motivation, initiative, and a conceptual approach/ Enthusiasm for developing a new area
