JOB DESCRIPTION • Act as a strategic advisor to business units in the (re)design of organizational structures and role architectures • Lead the design, implementation, and governance of the company-wide job grading system based on Mercer WIN • Evaluate complex roles and manage the job mapping process in collaboration with national and international stakeholders • Ensure internal consistency and transparency of job evaluations and grading methodology • Consult with HR Business Partners and senior leadership on job architecture, career pathing, and organizational changes • Contribute to major transformation projects (e.g. reorganizations, M&A, HR digitization) YOUR SKILLS • University degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field • extensive relevant professional experience in organizational design, compensation & benefits, or HR strategy • In-depth knowledge of the Mercer WIN Job Evaluation System – certification is a strong advantage • Proven track record in job evaluation, organizational structure design, and job architecture development • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a structured and solution-oriented working style • Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives • Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken) WHAT TRATON OFFERS YOU / Attractive salary package Very attractive salary package including company pension / Time to reflect and recover At least 30 days’ vacation based on 5 working days and paid days off between Christmas and New Years eve / Personal development Take advantage of the benefits of a yearly personnel development budget and several TRATON Group wide development programs / Exciting working environment Opportunity to actively shape the future of the transportation industry through collaboration in our international TRATON Group environment and interdisciplinary teams / Ideal and flexible working conditions Brand new Headquarter Hybrid M in Munich/Germany and possibility of work remotely or up to 20 days per year abroad within the EU BECOME PART OF SOMETHING BIGGER At TRATON, you are an important part of something bigger.
