Overview
You will help shape TRATON’s financing strategy and funding mix in a global, multi-issuer context. You’ll manage investor dialogue and the Green Finance Framework, driving sustainable debt solutions and diversified funding. You work closely with risk, finance and executive teams to provide clear analyses and decision-ready papers. This role offers visible impact on funding strategy and external ratings in a global industrial group.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support development and execution of the financing strategy, including senior bond issuances across international markets
- Manage dialogue with bond investors and investor engagement on debt capital market topics
- Develop and manage TRATON’s Green Finance Framework and related green debt offerings and reportings
- Drive diversification of funding sources, instruments, investor base, and markets
- Oversee relationship with external credit rating agencies and ensure transparent communication
- Lead rating dialogue and annual rating management meetings, Q&A sessions, and liquidity reporting
- Prepare high-quality analyses, decision papers, and presentations for executive committees and senior management
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Finance, Treasury, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, advisory, rating agency, or corporate treasury
- Strong expertise in debt capital markets, financing instruments, rating methodologies, and capital structure analysis
- Knowledge of green financing frameworks and sustainable debt products
- Proven ability to prepare concise, high-quality presentations and decision papers for executives
- Analytical, self-driven team player with project experience in dynamic environments
