Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms and hotel areas, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linen, towels, and other room supplies.
• Replenish toiletries, amenities, and guest supplies.
• Ensure rooms are properly cleaned and prepared for arriving guests.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, sanitize, and perform other routine cleaning duties.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department.
• Handle and report lost & found items according to hotel procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment, cleaning materials, and supplies properly.
• Follow hotel hygiene, health, safety, and cleaning procedures at all times.
• Respond professionally to reasonable guest requests.
• Coordinate with Reception, Maintenance, and other hotel departments when required.
• Support other housekeeping activities based on operational requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Hotel Housekeeping, Room Attendant, Cleaning, or Hospitality is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Physically capable of performing housekeeping duties, including standing, walking, lifting, and cleaning for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work different shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Candidates must have the legal right to work in the country of employment.

Experience: Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred,. Freshers or people from any industry experience are also welcome.
