Compensation:
Base + variable compensation tied to sales performance (OTE DOE). Includes tools, training, and a clear advancement path.
Responsibilities / What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year B2B sales; travel/marketplace/SaaS experience preferred
- Languages: Spanish required; Portuguese preferred
- Strong outbound, negotiation, and account management track record
- Comfortable with remote work, high‑tempo execution, and structured reporting
- 30: Onboarding, regional plan, 50–100 new prospects, 10+ first calls, CRM set.
- 60: 3–5 qualified opps/week, first proposals, early closes.
- 90: Pipeline >3× target, active late‑stage deals, land‑and‑expand started.
