Management Controller

As a Management Controller, you play a key role in the financial management of the company. You develop, in collaboration with the various departments, the annual budget and ensure budget monitoring of operating expenses (OPEX) and investments (CAPEX). You carry out and analyse cost accounting, ensure compliance with the legal framework regarding the use of subsidies, and provide your financial expertise within the framework of TRV/TU offers. You develop and monitor branch performance indicators, draft regulations, guidelines, processes and procedures related to management control, and produce analyses as well as decision-support reports for the Executive Management Committee. You also guarantee management control of investments, both for infrastructure and other investments, and actively participate in the annual accounts closing activities, including periodic accruals, inventories, monitoring of ongoing investments and work related to cost accounting.
Your responsibilities
- Participate in establishing the annual budget with departments and provide quarterly budget monitoring reports (OPEX/CAPEX), as well as analyse budget variances and propose corrective measures - Participate in the development of the cash flow plan and liquidity monitoring - Calculate, collect, analyse and monitor allocation keys for cost accounting - Establish and analyse cost accounting (accounts and budget) - Management control of subsidy use, cost allocation by business sectors - Manage with the accounting unit the completed investment projects to be activated, monitor and reconcile investments. - Calculate, consolidate and transmit indicators for the dashboard - Calculate and transmit financial elements on offers to clients - Participate in the preparation of offers related to TU/TRV and Infrastructure with clients. - Participate on request in the preparation of offers for open markets (Goods, school transport or others) - Participate in periodic closing tasks
