To complete our teams, we are looking for a position based in Orbe, then in Yverdon-les-Bains, for a: Center Manager Mission As Center Manager, you guarantee the daily production of the rail and road offer as well as services to passengers in accordance with safety, punctuality, and quality objectives in order to meet the needs of our clients and sponsors, whether in normal or disrupted situations.
You participate in analyses, propose, and implement measures.
Profile- Hold a diploma in public transport, a federal certificate as a group driving specialist, or an equivalent qualification;- Justify 5 to 7 years of experience in a public transport network, ideally as a manager;- Master rail and road processes as well as the issues related to the production of the offer and passenger services;- Accompany change by promoting team adherence and continuous improvement of processes;- Analyze problems, identify adapted solutions, and measure their impacts;- Organize priorities, anticipate needs, and react effectively in emergency or disrupted situations;- Manage a team with leadership by promoting collaboration, autonomy, and skills development;- Communicate with ease and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
