To complete our teams, we are looking for a position based in Orbe, then in Yverdon-les-Bains, for a: Manager of Production Planning Reporting to the head of the TRAVYS subsidiary, you lead a team whose mission is to plan production in the short and medium term for road and rail sectors (elements not plannable during the establishment of annual offers).
You handle cross-functional files with other departments and manage complex files.
You are also directly responsible for files related to rail substitutions.
Your profile- Hold a degree in public transport or an equivalent, ideally supplemented by higher professional training (EPD, federal diploma, CAS or equivalent title) in the fields of technology, management or project management;- Justify 7 to 10 years of experience in a public transport network and/or traffic management, including at least 3 years in team management;- Know the main legal provisions applicable to the field of public transport, in particular the LCR, the OLCR, the LDT, the OLDT, the CCT as well as railway regulations (PCT) and their execution directives;- Manage complex projects by demonstrating a global vision, an excellent sense of organization and priority;- Supervise a team with leadership by promoting collaboration, communication and skills development;- Communicate with ease, both orally and in writing, and demonstrate excellent writing skills;- Demonstrate an excellent spirit of analysis, decision-making and resistance to stress.
