Overview
As Site Civil Manager, you oversee civil, structural, steel, MEP, HVAC, and sanitary works on a decommissioning project in Germany, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You coordinate interfaces and subcontractors while supporting the Site Manager and acting as deputy when needed. This long-term freelance role offers exposure to cross-disciplinary construction in a cutting-edge energy project. You help drive safe, efficient execution and timely project delivery.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide technical site supervision across civil, structural, steel, MEP, HVAC, and sanitary works with focus on quality, safety, compliance, and cross-discipline coordination
- Manage subcontractors and site interfaces; support planning, logistics, inspections, handovers, defect resolution, schedule tracking, and quality control
- Support the Site Manager with project administration, including work orders, requisitions, invoice reviews, contractor coordination, warranty management, site access/security, and acting as deputy during absences
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several years of site management and commissioning management experience in construction/steel, structural works, building services engineering (MEP), HVAC, and sanitary installations
- Nuclear industry experience is desirable but not mandatory
- Ability to work in international, multidisciplinary teams on construction sites
- Valid SCC Certificate (mandatory)
- First Aid training/certification
