About the Job

At Trelleborg PA Silicone, we are looking for a commercially minded and driven Site Controller to join our Silicone business and play a key role in supporting the financial and operational success of our manufacturing site in Witten, Germany. The role is responsible for the site's financial performance management, governance, reporting, and business partnering, while actively driving improvement initiatives that create measurable business value.

This is more than a traditional controlling role. We are looking for someone who can transform financial insights into actions, identify opportunities, challenge the status quo, and support the site in delivering sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive and develop the finance function at the Witten site.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, working capital, cash flow, and management reporting.
• Lead site audit activities and ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement actions.
• Support strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis and business partnering.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Manage and govern capital investment processes and business cases.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives based on financial performance and strategic priorities.
• Partner closely with operations, commercial teams, and site leadership to improve business results.
• Support ERP, reporting, and digitalization initiatives from a finance perspective.

• A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in finance, controlling, manufacturing accounting, or business finance within an international industrial environment.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience working in manufacturing environments and a solid understanding of operational and commercial performance drivers.
• Experience managing change, transformation projects, and process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with a hands-on approach.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills, together with experience working with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
