Finance & Commercial Sales Manager (f/m/d)

Your Tasks:
- As Partner and coach for our Trench Group factories and Sales Hubs, you are in permanent contact with Trench Finance and Sales teams in HQ, factories, and Sales Hubs, supporting the Regional Sales – Key Account and Business Development teams in our Sales organization.
- You will review terms and conditions, prepare customer contracts, and support in negotiation with customers in case of multi-factory packages, large projects, or frame agreements.
- You administrate our growing Agent and Distributorship network (~80 globally) including efficient reporting, due diligence, and compliance adherence.
- You take care of the Sales performance of Trench entities in accordance with the global Trench business approach by analyzing and controlling Sales-related KPIs like Order Intake, Gross Profit in Order Intake, and Accounts Receivables.
- In addition, you prepare and review Sales and offer volume, hit rate, and win/loss analysis to drive business performance according to global targets and identify growth opportunities to support defining and adjusting regional Sales strategies.
- You will proactively contribute to digitalization initiatives in the Trench Group Sales organization (e.g., Offer management tool, Contract revision tool, Reporting in Tableau and Power BI).
- You will support the annual Strategic Planning process including Trench Market Pulse, Country Strategies, quarterly Forecast, and Budget planning process for all Sales-related KPIs for all factories with the necessary sales channel and product type breakdown.
- You are coordinating the bid release process and prepare bids for Management escalation, proactively working on improvements of the process.
- You support setting up new Trench entities, define workflows, and monitor Sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize information flow and communication, and support achieving Sales KPI targets.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: A Master’s degree and/or Diploma in Business Economics.
- Professional Experience: Demonstrable experience in a global professional or corporate setting in a Sales, Project Management, or Controlling function.
- Specialized Knowledge: Data analytics, data visualization with Tableau and/or Power BI, Sales, Controlling.
- Project Management: Established skills in project management and process optimization.
- Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills and foster teamwork across various levels of the organization.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential, with German language skills being a considerable advantage.
