Your Mission
We are seeking a visionary leader to drive operational excellence across our global manufacturing network. As the Head of Global Operations Excellence, you will be responsible for spearheading lean initiatives that optimize our operations, including Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Logistics, and lead us into the future of manufacturing.

Your Tasks:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global operational excellence strategy including Technology & Logistics aligned with corporate objectives. Lead the implementation of Manufacturing 4.0 principles, including smart factory concepts and advanced automation.
• Lean Transformation: Oversee and drive Lean roadmap initiatives, coaching leadership teams in Lean techniques and operational excellence principles.
• Process Optimization: Implement initiatives to reduce throughput time, optimize inventory levels, and enhance production efficiency.
• Capacity Enhancement: Develop strategies to increase capacity through process optimization and technology implementation.
• Global Production Allocation: Ensure optimal allocation of production across our global network, evaluating potential partnerships and outsourcing opportunities.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational performance, driving continuous improvement.
• Dashboard Development: Develop and implement global dashboards to track critical metrics and provide real-time visibility into operational performance.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within manufacturing operations. Ability to lead, motivate & inspire cross-functional teams.
• Communication and Change Management: Strong communication and change management skills.
• Technology Implementation: Proven track record in implementing Manufacturing 4.0 technologies.
• Lean Expertise: Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Language Skills: Excellent German & English language skills.
