Your Tasks:

Are you a seasoned procurement professional with a passion for driving efficiency and innovation? Trench Group, a global leader in power engineering, is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Procurement Optimization Professional.

• Process Optimization : Analyze and streamline procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry standards.
• Best Practice Implementation : Lead the development and adoption of procurement best practices, tools, and methodologies across the organization.
• Corporate Procurement Reporting : Take charge of the procurement reporting system and creation of procurement reports.
• Strategic Sourcing Support: Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure the achievement of procurement targets.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage procurement data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Innovation and Technology: Identify opportunities for leveraging new technologies, automation, and digital tools to enhance procurement functions and drive efficiencies.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations, minimizing supply chain risks in cooperation with supplier quality management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between procurement, finance, legal, and other departments to ensure alignment on procurement strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in process optimization and implementing best practices. Familiarity with procurement software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
• Strong negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships and contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve procurement challenges.
