Meet with internal/external customers to understand business processes, gather requirements, and build and present use-cases/user stories for business and technology issues.
Applies experience of respective functional area to system analysis and design areas for large scale and complex systems.
Acts as a business interface providing vertical domain expertise. Analyzes problem areas and postulates feasible solutions.
Develops functional specifications and conversion strategy documents. Analyzes user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements.

Qualifications

8-15 years of relevant experience.
Domain expertise in Manufacturing (IOT experience is a plus), Finance, or Telecom Vertical.
