Lausanne, Switzerland (and remote work) Assistant to the Secretary General, Head of Media and CommunicationWhat you can contribute- In collaboration with the eight divisions of the Federal Supreme Court, draft press releases on case law and prepare institutional press releases; respond to requests from media correspondents.- Advise the divisions, governing bodies, and the Secretary General on communication issues.- Oversee the follow-up of publications (brochures) of the Federal Supreme Court, prepare content for the Federal Supreme Court's annual report, and assume responsibility for production.- Lead projects in the field of media and communication and develop communication concepts.- Create and update content for the website and intranet (in collaboration with the Webpublishing group).- Manage the social networks X and LinkedIn (in collaboration with the social media group).What makes you stand out- Complete university degree in law (Master's) and several years of professional experience in the field of communication, preferably in the judicial sector and/or legal journalism.- Excellent writing skills.- Excellent command of German and French, good knowledge of Italian (passive); knowledge of English is an asset.- Stress resistance, flexibility, social skills, and a sense of responsibility.- Experience in project management, sense of initiative; management experience is an asset.In a few wordsThe Assistant to the Secretary General, Head of Media and Communication, possesses great linguistic ease and solid legal knowledge. They advise the divisions on drafting press releases for judgments, prepare press releases, and write institutional press releases. As the contact person for media correspondents, they respond to their requests and provide information. Advising the divisions, governing bodies, and the Secretary General on communication issues is part of the function's tasks. They manage publications and the annual report and lead projects in the field of communication or contribute to them.
