What You Will Be Doing

• Spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI automation systems that transform complex business processes into streamlined, efficient operations
• Pioneer the integration of advanced AI technologies, including GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, pushing the boundaries of what\’s possible in AI-driven development
• Architect and optimize AI solutions within AWS infrastructure, ensuring robust, scalable implementations that deliver consistent value

Artificial Intelligence Engineer Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and implementation of autonomous AI systems that operate independently, delivering scalable solutions that transform business operations without requiring human intervention
Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated commitment to an AI-first approach – you should instinctively think in terms of AI solutions before traditional coding methods
• Minimum 5-year track record in professional technology roles
• Strong command of Python programming and AWS cloud services
• Hands-on experience with modern AI coding assistants (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Proven success in implementing Generative AI solutions with measurable business impact
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing various LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) for practical business applications

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
