In this role, you will act as the strategic glue and regional architect for our brand across the DACH logistics landscape, directly influencing pipeline acceleration and shaping how top-tier shippers and carriers experience our solutions. You will have full ownership of the regional marketing budget and flagship trade shows, giving you a powerful platform to execute high-impact local campaigns and design premium, multi-sensory event experiences that drive real revenue growth.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Design and own the comprehensive annual marketing roadmap for the DACH region, ensuring localized strategies align with global business objectives while acting as a strategic consultant to the sales teams.
  • Deploy sophisticated multi-channel campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives tailored to the specific business cultures, regulatory challenges, and logistics trends of the DACH region.
  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, creative booth design, and execution for major industry trade shows like transport logistics in Munich and BVL Supply Chain CX in Berlin.
  • Build strategic alliances with regional industry associations, specialized logistics media, PR agencies, and local influencers to maximize ecosystem engagement and brand visibility.
  • Take full financial ownership of the DACH marketing budget, setting clear KPIs, tracking lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, and delivering detailed bi-weekly reports on spend versus pipeline generated.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or Regional Marketing with a proven track record within German-speaking markets.
  • Professional fluency in both German and English is mandatory for writing copy, leading meetings, and negotiating.
  • Deep understanding of the Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation SaaS landscape.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, high-complexity trade fairs from concept through to post-event ROI analysis.
  • Proven ability to build close collaborative partnerships with Sales Leadership and turn marketing activity into closed-won revenue.
