We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Data Protection Counsel for an interim hire to join our Legal Department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead data protection compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations.
2. Develop and maintain data protection policies and procedures.
3. Oversee incident response and data breach management.
4. Provide strategic advice and leadership to the data protection team.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Juris degree with a minimum of 5 years in data protection and privacy law.
2. Proven leadership in managing data protection teams.
3. Experience with SaaS and international data protection compliance is a plus.
