Time Slot Management for Retailers has been specially developed for deliveries to central warehouses, distribution centres, and cash and carry depots. Retailers can plan and control deliveries more effectively and better utilise capacities at the loading bays. Carriers book suitable delivery appointments themselves online, cutting down times and processing times and reducing empty trips. Standardised and optimised processes save a lot of time for everyone and reduce process costs.

Your team responsibilities…
- Working together in a cross-functional team on an enhancement of existing application Time Slot Management for Retail.
- Accompany features from the concept to operation on our productive systems.
- Creation of unit and integration tests wherever they are needed to ensure the stability and availability of our platform.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and support to resolve them.
- Keeping security, data integrity and data protection aspects in mind.
- Creation of documentation.
- Usage of project management tool for time tracking and task planning.
- Debugging and resolving technical issues.
- In-house 3rd level support for Customer Experience department.
- Integrate with various internal and external services to enhance functionality and deliver seamless user experiences.
