Chief Marketing & Growth Officer (Remote – Germany/Austria Only)
We are searching for an experienced Chief Marketing & Growth Officer to lead the marketing strategy for a rapidly growing digital health platform. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a strong background in B2C digital marketing, customer acquisition, and brand positioning .
The Role
As CMO, you’ll drive the company’s marketing efforts, from performance campaigns to brand strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and market leadership. You’ll lead a team focused on scaling user acquisition, increasing engagement, and strengthening brand presence in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a growth-focused marketing strategy tailored for a digital health platform.
- Manage and scale marketing channels (SEO, paid search, social media, CRM, partnerships) to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Position the brand as a leading platform in digital healthcare and online pharmacy solutions.
- Analyze data and optimize campaigns to improve performance and marketing ROI.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team to foster innovation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and business teams to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
Who We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in a CMO, VP Marketing, or Head of Growth role within a B2C digital platform or marketplace .
- Proven expertise in performance marketing, brand strategy, and customer acquisition .
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing teams.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results.
- Must be based in Germany or Austria (remote work within these countries).
- Fluent in English ; German language skills are a plus.
