Navan’s sales organization seeks a motivated Commercial Strategy Working Student to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the first and only all-in-one, people-first travel, corporate card, and expense management super app used by thousands of companies worldwide. Join a winning sales team executing a world-class playbook and engaging with C-level executives within emerging companies.
As a Commercial Strategy Working Student, you will support deal flow, drive successful sales stories, and help generate revenue for the company. This position requires a self-starter with a proven track record in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Success in this role involves managing multiple workstreams within our sales organization while supporting our Account Executives in conveying Navan’s value proposition.
What Youll Do:
Contribute to the full sales cycle, supporting our Account Executives in accelerating deal flow
Optimize current sales processes and enhance our go-to-market strategy
Link Navan’s value proposition to client success by deeply understanding the client’s business
Own key processes in the deal cycle, ensuring we meet our targets
Understand and effectively communicate Navan’s value proposition and solutions using value-based sales approaches
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and Growth teams to drive additional revenue
What Were Looking For:
You have gained first experience in a dynamic, fast-moving environment (Startup, Consulting or VC)
You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or another business-related field with exceptional academic performance
You bring project management skills and are confident in managing multiple work streams simultaneously
You thrive in entrepreneurial settings, with a strong sense of ownership that includes continuous challenging the status quo
You are curious and looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and give/receive feedback
You are fluent in German and English and bring proficiency in MS Office applications
